Class Description

Gentle Hatha Yoga with Fascia Stretches. A relaxing and revitalizing practice. Each session will begin with techniques to activate and stretch the body pathways to restore the Qi flow– our vital energy within the body ; which stimulates blood flow and brings fascia release easing tension caused by stress. You will then be guided through a gentle warm up followed by a nurturing and strengthening sequence of traditional Hatha postures. Through this practice that combines yoga, breath, and Chinese medicine approach, we can learn to heal ailments within ourselves. This class is accessible and open to all levels.
