Class Description

Hatha Yoga for all levels. A contemplative and all inclusive practice. You will experience a therapeutic style of Hatha Yoga with a focus on conscious breathing while deeply diving into classic postures. Each class is composed of five essential types of asana: seating and standing poses, forward bends, backbends, twists and gentle inversions, for which you will be offered an array of variations and modifications to suit your needs. You will explore these poses by holding them for some time– allowing you to learn the correct alignment and an opportunity to observe the body and mind from a gross to subtle lens. You can expect to cultivate balance between effort and relaxation. The goodness of this class is that anyone can practice it. It is safe for beginners and yet challenging for all.
