A Sound Bath, also referred to as a Sound Healing journey, is a unique and immersive experience that allows participants to receive the healing vibrations of sound. A Sound Meditation is a passive experience, in that the participants simply lie down comfortably while the sound facilitator plays various instruments and creates a symphony of healing sounds washing over them- like a sonic massage. 

Agathe will play her Gong, Tibetan Singing Bowls, chimes and various other instruments to offer a soundscape that takes the attendees on a deeply relaxing, restorative and meditative journey. It is ideal for people who find it difficult to switch off or even meditate.
